I've got to have a morning coffee, its my one vice, besides women.....mwuhahah, jk. Anyway, would it be better to use dextrose than regualr table sugar, if I'm going to use sugar at all? I've tried splenda in my coffee, not great. What's your opinion?

I may be new to this forum, but not to keto or bb my friend. It's worked for me in the past.
The reason I asked is from what I've read here, being that dextrose is preferentially absorbed by the muscles and not the liver. I guess I was kind of wondering if there was a lesser of two evils.Last edited by Haywood Jablome; 06-25-2004 at 09:58 AM.
