this coming saturday will be the one month mark for me...31 days, so im at 29 right now i suppose...i had the urges early on...but theyre not there anymore as long as i dont porn it up which i havent since like day 12...havent whacked at all...and ive been working out like crazy, which i think releases some testosterone or seomthing...
weird though...havent had a wet dream at all...and i remember, one time i had whacked off earlier in the day, and had a wet dream the same night...and this was this year, so i duno why i havent but im guessing my body is extremely backed up right now, and i feel bad for whatever girl has to face this wrath in the future. seriously the first 2 weeks were rough, and now it's cake...aside from waking up with a boner for an hour and sometimes feeling like im gonna bust a nut without even touching it...which is actually pretty enjoyable...yeaaaa

maybe it's all mental, or a placebo effect, but whatever it is, all my lifts have been going up, im back to where i was in october ..(took 6 months off) in about 1 month time in almost all lifts, and surpassed some of my lifts in other areas as well...and im 10 lbs lighter than i was in oct...Originally Posted by R.T.B.

i have not whacked it since may 26th. had one wet dream on june 26, but no intentional nutting. i have such energy boosts and confidence it's ridiculous. i dont plan on whackin it anymore unless a girl causes the nuttage. i swear the first 2 weeks were impossible but now it's just like i dont even feel like whacking and dont even think about it. i get so much more done too lol..
