    Does sleep affect your fat loss rate?

    How does sleeping affect your fat loss. I heard that too little sleep can hinder your fat loss as well as too much sleep. Is this true?

    Lack of sleep decreases your test levels and increases cortisol (a hormone), which in general, stores fat and burns muscle (not what we're trying to accomplish).
