    Arrow Cardio question

    ok I am going to be doing the workout routine which was suggested in the "how to do keto" thread.. now I am curious which cardio will give me the best results? HIIT or just normal? anyone got a cardio routine the could let me in on?

    IMO you are safer going with low-moderate intensity cardio while on a keto diet!
    HIIT requires your nutrition to be bang on!
