Can Wolverine even die?
I remember reading the comics a while ago, and Magneto ripped the adamantine out of his body and he still survived. He also lived through an atomic bomb going off.
And apparently it drains his regen powers quite a bit to keep him alive with the metal inside him. So when Magneto ripped the metal off of him, his regeneration powers went up to 100% which made him even harder to kill.

I'd say Wolverine. He's got blades, speed, plus he can regenerate.

Funny you should ask, my parents had a garage sale last week, and when going through my childhood things, they found my comic, and card collection.
I just pulled out the marvel metal series of 94' where they list the powers of them on a scale from 1 to 7, 2 beeing average human.
Wolverine:
Strength=3
Intelligence=3
Speed=2
Fighting Ability=7
Stamina=5
Agility=5
Spider-Man:
Strength=4
Intelligence=4
Speed=3
Fighting Ability=5
Stamina=4
Agility=7
Hulk:
Strength=7
Intelligence=5
Speed=2
Fighting Ability=3
Stamina=6
Agility=2
Personally I think Wolverine would kick some serious ass.

When they say speed, they mean like reaction time, not running speed.
Hulk would win. Wolverine had really great healing powers when he didn't have the metal, but without the metal, he can't even cut the hulk. With the metal, he doesn't have healing enough to withstand more than a couple hits. Spiderman could maybe trap the hulk or sometthing like that, but just in a regular fight, he really can't hurt him. The hulk is too powerful.
I've read way too many comics.

how exactly is the "HULK SMASH!" guy supposed to have a 5 out of 7 intelligence w/ 2 being average human. Is he 2.5 times smater than the average human? I doubt that.

You forget in his human form he is Dr. Bruce Banner, a genuis scientist. The movie version of the hulk would smoke the movie versions of both Spiderman and Wolverine. But that doesn't matter. The comic Wolverine would kick some serious ass.

Hmmm. I'd have to go with Wolverine. I actually went through my old comic collection yesterday to let my little brother read them. I bet I haven't had them out of my closet in like eight years. I have the issue of X Men where Wolverine gets his adamantium ripped out. My friend had the next issue where he came out of the coma and saved Jean Grey from falling out of the Blackbird or whatever it's called (been a while)
I have a few comics that may be worth somethin but I'm not sure. I have X Men #1, not the original mind you, but the newer ones that came out in the early 90's IIRC. The one that had like 4 different covers (I got all of em lol) I HAD Wolverine issue 50 with the die-cut cover but my mom lost it when I was in like 8th grade. I have Spawn #4. I actually bought the first issue for my friend for his birthday not long after it came out, but I don't have it myself. I have a few others but can't really remember. I think I have the issue of the Punisher where he dies. Also have the Infinity Gauntlet series.
I also have various issues of Spider Man including the 2 part where him and Wolverine team up to track the Wendigo. I also have an issue of Spider Man where he receives cosmic powers to fight the tri-sentinel. I have various issues of X Force, the Avengers, the Punisher, the issue of Batman where he gets his back broken by Bane, a couple die-cut cover issues of Superman where he either dies or comes back to life, can't remember.
I have a few of the earlier Image Comic books, like Wildcats, Brigade, Wetworks, and a few others that I forget the names of. I also have an issue of the Hulk I think it is, where him and Wolverine fight each other. It's the one where Wolverine fights the gray Hulk. It may be a Wolverine issue though I'm not positive. I also have a comic book called Weapon X, the first issue. It has a pic of Wolverine attatched to a bunch of tubes and stuff, I think it's just a mini series. I also have TONS of comic book trading cards.
Man I'm such a nerd lol.Last edited by HulkHagen; 06-16-2004 at 10:49 PM.
