this is a bit of a random questions, but how much of a macronutrient must be present in a food for it to 'count' as a source? of course the more of a macro is present the better the source but in terms of a balanced meal that includes proteins, carbs and fat is there a minimum amount or balance i need?
many foods include more than 1 macro so would a food with 12g of protein and 6g of carbs count as both a protein and a carb? does the split per meal matter as long as the split at the end of the day is good?
