Today I am finishing off my water depletion for the OBF and taking my final pics.
Currently i am 6-6.5% and I will be going back up to ~7-8 the rest of Jan, and I Begin my Show prep Feb!!!!!
I'm thinking about trying out HST for the show prep, but I haven't decided if I should stick with Max OT for the prep....any input??

THanx ee3! 3 down, 2 left this week...draining indeed. luckily im staying at Crowne hotel...they got a nice mini gym so i did some mini circuit stuff, just to keep active, nothing extreme.
Diet has been semi clean, which is surprising that I stick to it since these next 1.5 weeks are my break weeks that I get to induldge until Feb. Keepin protein near 200-250g, carbs 100-200g, fats 50g
ANywyas, i feel i'm getting adequate recuperation even w/ the mini workouts, as I only workout every other day for 1 hour max. No cardio, diet is higher in carbs, so..ill be good.Last edited by wada; 01-15-2009 at 06:47 PM.

LG's 12 week transformation: End of Week 4
1) Incline BB press: 185 x 6, 205 x 4, 225 x 3
2) Flab BB press: 205 x 6, 225 x 4, 215 x 4
3) Decline: 205 x 6, 215 x 5, 225 x 2--> drop 185 x 2 --> drop 135 x 6 --> drop bar x 10
4) DB flys: incline 40 x 8, flat 40 x 8
5) Smith Calve raises: 2 Plates( each side) x 15, 3P x12, 3P+25 x 10 x 3
No cardio
Thoughts: This workout was definitely jumpin in the heavy weights for me as I haven't lifted this heavy in a while. It was a solid WO and i'm more than satisfied.

Dosing: 4 tabs LX, throughout the day

DB SLDL: 60 x 10 x 3
Leg press: 10P x 8, 12P x 8, 14P x 6 x 3
Leg extensions: 15, 12, 12, 12
Ham curls: 10, 10
Cardio: 15 laps
thoughts: Decent workout, nothing spectacular. Hit up the gym at 8AM so it was a little early for my blood.
Weight: 160 lbs
Diet:
7:30 AM: eggs, spinach, sweet pot
9:30 AM (PWO): 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana
Noon: Lamb shank, tabulee, hummus
3 PM: Quad espresso, left over lamb
7 PM: 1 cup cooked Spinach, buguogi (homemade!)
10 PM: 1/2 scoop casein

Smith Calf raises: 270 x 12 x 2 (wide), 320 x 10 x2 (narrow)
Cable crunches: 15 x 3
Seated Calves: 90 x 12, 100 x 12, 50 x 10 (wide), 50 x 10 (narrow)
Cardio: 17 laps, goal was 20, but i was happy at 17..lol no need to create a catabolic state or anything...
After smith calves, i was a bit shaky... weird..I will say i had very good intensity even though I didn't have any preWO sups..

My TRAPS are KILLING me and I LOVE it! Thank god i know im doing something right.
Gonna hit up BACK FREAKIN HARD!!! im psyched!
