You shouldnt be applying for a rep position based on compensation. If they treat you good as a person, you should be more than willing to be a rep and help them out even if they give you 1 supplement a month. That shouldnt matter. Be a rep because you want to help out, not because you want free stuff.

Even though I don't know who he is, I don't doubt that from the responses I have heard. But you need to understand things from my perspective, we don't want people in if for the money or free stuff, we want people because they like the line and want to help people and learn in the process.

I can tell you that someone is going to really shine out of this group; and when that times comes if that person wants more responsibility (job advancement), the perks will come accordingly, whether it be additional free stuff or a paycheck. The last thing I want is to see is someone work for nothing. I hate seeing people get exploited promoting brands here on these boards with the hope they MAY get something for their hard work. We are not about this!

To further elaborate...

We have sales rep spots open for retail/wholesale but it is way beyond the scope of what I think a thread on here can handle. This is where you can make some good money, but it is also a real commitment and needs allot of experience in both product and sales. If down the road one of the chosen wants to go this direction I would do everything in my power to enable them to succeed. But for now, I need to find willing candidates within the parameters set in this thread.
