    Would Ground turkey taste ok in chili?

    Anybody try using ground turkey instead of ground beef?

    I use ground turkey exclusively in chili..throw in some natural hot salsa, and it is unbelievable. It's better than beef, in my opinion.

    Yes, it's great---I eat Turkey Chilli every week and it's a low fat, high protein meal.

    It's really good served over lettuce with Salsa and Fat Free Sour Cream! Taco Salad w/out the taco!
