My right knee sucks so I can't do any squats...
Any exercises I could do that won't make my knee worse?

Not yet. Having trouble with that.
With my insurance I have to go through my regular doctor and get a refferal, and regular doctor doesn't see a problem because they touch it and say it "feels fine", and the Xray didn't show anything broken.
So I probably have to get a new regular doctor first.
My knee just feels weak and like something is loose in it. Like on the inner side. Squatting makes it feel like it's going to snap or something.

Bro... I'll spare you the long winded stories etc... As I've posted them before in other people's "Problem Knee" Threads.
Bottomline:
1. When it come to the knee, people who have injuries that don't immediately look like they need surgery, often just get passed off by doctors, especially retarded HMO's.
In my experience, and in talking with others, and from what I've heard on these boards, I'd estimate that 90% of knee injuries that don't look like there's something torn etc... Do not get proper attention.
2. Many Doctors these days, especially HMO doc's, are just straight out friggin quacks, who got a medical degree so they could make money.
3. To get a real diagnosis of what's wrong with a knee, you need to have an MRI. And afterwards, if you're going to get it truly fixed you'll need a specialist!
4. If you don't get it taken care of now, it's just going to slowly get worse... And eventually you're going to hit a point down the road, where you will say "I can't live like this!" But then you're rehab time is going to be much longer. (Mine was a difference of 4-6 weeks, vs 3+ months and 3 months more before I could do squats!)
You need to do what you need to do to get it looked at by the right people, and get it MRI'ed. **** if you have to, walk into the doctor's office with a fake limp, and get the refferal... Or make enough noise to make it happen.
Regardless, Unless you've got a knee injury that had surgery etc... Then your options for your life are this: Have a knee that 100%... Or spend your life as a gimp.
I know which one I chose!
Good Luck Bro!

There's a couple glute machines in gyms that don't involve knee flexion/extention. Like:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...Extension.html
But also:
Good mornings hit the glutes. Ditto SLDLs, though depending on how bad your knee is, you may not want even any weight on it.
