    Does that look like gyno?

    I have noticed lately my breast looks bigger. I am not sure if it looked like that before.

    I did a cycle of M1T but I used nolva post cycle. I never had puffy nipples. I am currently taking PF Unleash, Optimum Tribulus and creatine. My bf is about 15%.

    Do you think it looks like gyno? What are my options to make it go away if possible.

    I have read plenty of threads on gyno but I am asking for an expert opinion. Or maybe its just fat and I am being paranoid.

    I am totally confused as to why you are taking prohormones.
    It seems to me you are at the beginning stages of working out. I don't think you need this stuff...get a solid base first...take creatine...alot of protein and go nuts in the gym...

    maybe I don't know the concept of using....is it to bulk up, so then you can cut.....

    In relation to your question..your first pic looked to me that yes you were developing gyno but then I saw the other posts and it just looks like you are carrying too much bf%. A budy of mine smokes alot of marijuana..now he has gyno....

    Its most likely just body fat. Males tend to store estrogenic fat on the pecs and lower abs. These can be our "trouble spots"

    Unless your nipples are itchy/tender and you have "lumps" or fiberous tissue under the nipple I doubt its gyno. Still, you can get increased estrogenic fat in certain areas without classic gyno symptoms if your estrogen is high or there is a generally hormone imbalance. When you get your BF down you will have a better idea. Fat in these areas can be stubborn too - its a bitch.

    Nutrex makes a good thermogenic - Lipo 6. You could use that alone or get some Ephedrine HCL (Vasopro) to go with it. That would be a nice stack. I heard (not sure) BB.com even sells Vasopro now lol.

    Throw that in with some -=diet/cardio=- and you can really improve the look of your chest/torso. Nothing good comes easy - you are going to have to suffer a bit. Im in the process of trying to bring bf down a bit myself.

    Pick your battles - either cut or bulk, you cant do both regardless of what the bs supp adds say. You can lean out without losing a great deal of muscle mass but even that needs to be planned out well.

    Can't bump this enough. If you have gyno there will be a definate hard lump under the nipple. If you are genuinly concernd then see your doc, they are confidetial and there is no shame what so ever in taking hormones for bbing, millions upon millions of us do it.

    No I dont have any lumps under that I can feel with my hands. And my nipples are not itchy and they look normal to me. I intesfified my cardio and lower my calories and see what will happen after I loose the extra fat.

    the first pic i saw i said it was gyno.. but the then i looked at the others and came to a conclusion that you have fat in there. remember PH arent for teenagers.

    I have done 2 physical assesements last year and I started with 20.4% body fat but even back then I looked pretty slim. I may be holding fat in certain places. Here are the bf measurements

    10/03

    BTW I am not a tenager I am almost 30. And in the last 3rd assessment I was 159 lbs a month ofter I finished my m1t cycle. I was eating like a big but the weight went from 167 lbs down to 159 evethough I did nolva post cycle.

    I know the choice is entirely OP's, but honestly M1T while still relatively new to lifting with plently of 'easy' beginner gains to make before needing to even consider prohormone use... Why?
