As much as I used too love ronnies physique...until last year.....Jay is definatley going too place ahead of him this year!I'm not saying jay will win because you never know what victor will come in like or there might even be a suprise from another pro!

Man, he looks great. Ronnie's legs look sick in that picture too. Jay's midsection looks amazing compared to Ronnie's though.

jay looks great, ronnies body is just starting to look kinda worn out imho. anyway is jay around maxmuscle in venice regularly? i live near venice and even train at muscle beach sometimes, ive never been to max muscle, i might go this morning if someone lets me know!

What will staying lean in the offseason do, what has it shown us so far? All it shows is that Jay looks better 18 weeks out for the Olympia. We all know that Jay and Ronnie have different approaches to contest prep and that they both have had great success using thier respective strategies. I think Ron knows what he is doing by now and blowing up like a fat pig in the offseason has worked for him 8 times already.Originally Posted by kazman32

man, i wonder if him being that lean all yr round will affect him in his prep. I haven't seen him that lean in his off season before. Lots of pressure on him for being Mr O i guess.
