Welcome to my fitness journal. I figured I should make one strictly for motivational purposes. In this log I will be keeping track of everything I eat and every bit of cardio I do. Food logs and exercise logs will be posted once a day, starting tomorrow --- Kinda fell off the wagon for today, so i'll resume tomorrow.
Over the next 6 to 8 week period I plan to lose 20-25lbs and increase my will power while doing so, by this I mean letting myself know that anything can be accomplished with the right attitude , this is something I am lacking and i'm trying my best to change it.
Chances are I will be under eating a little bit but I am going to focus on consuming around 1,583 to 2,083 calories per day, if I fell to meet those calorie requirements, so be it. I'm counting carbs, not cals, then again I eat till im pleasently full. So if you plan on bashing me because of it please don't even post in here because you'll just be wasting you're time. I will not take in over 20 carbs over the next 6-8 weeks, nor less than 15.
I suppose a little background information wouldn't hurt. I have always been kinda heavy and I weighed around 187 a couple years ago, so in less than 2 years I gainned 33lbs. I now stand 5'5 and currently weigh-in at 220lbs. As far as I know my blood pressure is a tad high, I checked it last night and it was 137/78. So it's went down by 3 digits or so.
I am attempting to change my life style to become healthy and I want to live as long as I possibly can. Before & After pictures will come in time, so just hold tight. I think that'll be enough to fill ya in about my weight history.
Take it easy,

So, today I have officially started. I plan to come off this diet June 27th so we'll see what progress can be made in that time period. I'll weigh in once a week and take weekly measurements(Starting today sometime?) i'll also be checking my blood pressure once a week, if it raises I shall come off this diet early.
I've not had any blood work done recently which I need to. After the 6 week period I will have some bloodwork done and i'll go from there. Personally, I don't see it raising though. Just have to wait and see.
I last checked my bloodpressure a day or so ago and it was 137/78 which had lowered from before. I'll post the stats of that weekly. As I am now eating breakfast i'll post once more tonight with a breif overview of today.
-this_is_war87I'm red because a mod negged me for posting Raven Riley n00dz.
