Good memory. Well, coming on these boards we only posted a few tester threads back about 6mo ago and didn't monitor or reply to them (only pm) so all the haters (a couple competing companies) which I will not name even though they would show the same respect, ran rampant trashing us.

In retrospect someone should have been here back then to prevent that from happening, but I am glad to be here now and to help people with their questions and concerns. Since that time I have really appreciated the warm welcome we now received from the bb community.

WHY should we choose you ! !): natty bb, lifting since 9/2003. firefighter/emt/trainer/speical olympics coach/ motivator extrodenair! ha. greatest improvement came from taking all of 2006 off to dirty bulk my way to 240lbs (pics available via bodyspace) to current wieght of 200 lean at 9%bf and looking to drop to 6% and then decide on my first comp with the help of NeoGenix SUpremacy

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): min 6 days a week. currently pushing my body to the limit as far as getting as lean and hard as possible. heavy and hard reps 6-10 4-5 per bodypart:

legs (quad)

calves/forearms/abs as nessacary

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): to hell with cardio! plain and simple i hate it and chose not to do any as far as in the gym. The most done is 10min walk-warm up on the treadmill prior to training. thats it!

im getting ESTs Methyl E/Propadrol stack to do a log for them. its being shipped out today so ill have it shortly, as soon as i get ahold of liverlonger i will start the cycle. so in about a week or a couple days past ill have all my support supps and be ready to go. PM me if your interested.
