Hey, Im new to this forum and new to weight-lifting.
My question is if there are any good excercises to reduce the 'double-chin'. Im on my bulk-up period and have noticed that my chin is getting droopy which sucks!
Its never been very firm but is getting saggier now Im eating and putting on weight.
What can I do guys?
Thanks
Chris.

i know most here will think this is stupid, but i have found that it works if i actually do it..and i'm sure someone will correct me if it is dangerous or not worth it, etc...
put the bottom of your palms along both sides of your jaw and push down with your neck, allowing your hands to provide the resistance - you should feel it in the area of the "double chin" same kinda thing you could do on a four way neck machine pushing forward, but you can do these in the car, at your desk, in school etc...
I equate the results with doing abs - if there is a lot of fat there, obviously this won't do squat, but if it is just a slack muscle issue, this will tighten it up a little...
course this could just all be in my head but i definitely see the ol turkey neck tighten up a little when i do it..
you could always just use the four-way neck machine or do the old school weight-on-your-head neck extensions (these must take years to master as I only see old men doing them).. however, i think isolation in the gym on ncek/chin is a waste of time- they will grow with compound movements IMO..

Like gdg said, if you have fat there, it won't matter how much muscle you build because you won't be able to see it. I'm not sure of the anatomy of the mouth and jaw area but I think that by providing your jaw with resistance you will strengthen and build the jaw muscles, not the area under your chin. If you are bulking some things are gonna look bad as your body puts on fat in a predispositioned way. When you diet it will come off the same way it went on in most cases so don't worry. I wouldn't try to do exercises to "firm the area up" as it would be the same futile attempt of a person with 25% bodyfat doing 1000 situps to lose weight on their gut. Not gonna happen.
Peace
