    Unhappy every time i grab something to pull it the back of my neck hurts like a bitch

    okay this just started hurting like a week ago everytime i go to pull something with my left arm the back of my neck on the left hurts like a bitch what do you think is wrong with me? how can i heal it ?

    U have a neck pull ,get a physical theraby ,but I guess u've already recovered a year ago...
