Im 19. Post count doesnt rep for anything really. I've posted up here before obviously, usually only on topics regarding sprinting and running. People always claimed i didnt know my stuff so thats why i said this is for those of you who run your mouth. lol. I only ran track for one year. I guess i should have ran this year but i was too lazy. Gay or not were doing something like a combine at our school every semester just to test everyones all around stats. broad jump, high jump, bench, dips, 400, 40, shuttle run. Just a little fun competition really. Im running again mon and tues ill see if i can come up with a vid. I could post my stats if wanted, but not if people are going to idiots about it.

There's always going to be idiots out there, that shouldn't affect you doing something as simple as posting stats or what not. I don't know who it is you're referring to but in any case, you need to fix whatever beefs you might have with whoever, personally, especially if it's going to affect the liberty of your being on the forum.

his lifts seem like the could be true.....teh hang clean is the only thing i'd question; but i know a kid who can almost h-clean as much as he can clean. clean and h-clean seem a bit high tho.

In all honesty I dont think you can run a 4.3 whatever with a squat of 225 but a bench of 225. doesn't make sense.

remember guys alot of peoples times are hand timed by their coaches so you can usually safely add .2 to their 40 times. but either way if you run a 4.5 thats still blazing fast for HS alot of "Elite" players run like 4.5's you dont really see many times faster then a 4.45. As for the squat thing i dont think it matters as much as you think. a guy at my school ran a 4.35 laser timed he's like 155 lbs and squats at the most 250.

Dude you can tell from your video you can't run 4.25. Dude if you were that fast, you'd be all-state track runner. ALL-STATE! You aren't all-state. They'd be beginning you to join if you were fast on the field but you can't be that fast.

i personally dont care if you can squat 1000 pounds. your body is different than mine. and no it wont no chump.. i told you it was 4 clocks. 1 laser and 3 stop watches. i garuntee you you cant run a 4.36 on a laser if you squat 450.. and i bet you that squat isnt parallel playboy. ill get all of you a video so you'll shut your mouths
