Diet:
I'm going to aim for 3400 clean calories everyday. I will log everything I eat in the journal along with my workout at the end of the day. My staples will be chicken breast, eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, skim milk, and lots and lots of oats.

Workout Schedule:
I'm going to follow Hola Bola's 12 day rotation since I have plenty of time to just sleep, eat, and workout. I got off the 5x5 program with great results by getting close to my previous max's before I broke my arm. I would continue the 5x5, but I don't believe the deloading period would be fair for this log. Plus, I LOVE being in the gym, so the extra days are a great plus.
Background Info:
Well, I started weightlifting continuously my freshman year of high school at age 14 for football. Well after 4 years of hard work, I got up to 210 lbs at 16%bf with bench max of 300, squat of 440, and powerclean of 240. I broke my arm at the end of the season of my senior year and stopped working out for a year. I started back weightlifting and bodybuilding again in January, and want to get back where I once was with the ultimate goal of becoming "cut."
Anyway, just felt like starting the layout of the log since I had some spare time. This will be my first log on bb.com, and I will start on Monday, May 14.

Workout and Day Summary
Overall, I'm amazed at how well the pump worked. It's currently 11 P.M. and I finished my workout at 7 PM and my arms and tris still feel like they're about to explode. I didn't really feel any increased focus from the stimulants, but I'm guessing that I might have built up a resistance from the SP250 that I was taking 2 weeks ago. Still, I loved the pump without having to have a huge caffeine rush from other products like no-xplode and sp250.
Anyway, let's see how sore my arms are tomorrow. I haven't worked my arms this hard since 3 months since I was on the 5x5 for the last 3, and we'll see how well Torrent helps with DOMS recovery, tommorow. Water intake was about 7 liters, and I had decent sleep last night(7.5 hours).

Workout Summary
This was an extremely tiring workout. I could feel the Animal Pump working extremely well. My quads were literally pumped like no other. I?m extremely happy with this workout. This is one of the most intense leg workouts I?ve had, and the pump was amazing. I?m never had much of a pump in the quads before, but I had one today .The 275x6 set on my squats was incredible, and all of my squats were below parallel and as close as ATG as possible. The hack squats took every ounce of last strength I had because the squats and lunges absolutely killed me. The Animal Pump?s energy complex is also pretty dang good. Like everyone has said before me, the energy is a nice controlled energy, not too big but just seems right. Plus, I was still able to sleep very easily last night while taking the animal pump at 6 for my workout and then sleeping at 11. The Animal Pump did not affect my sleep, and I was able to sleep a good 8 hours.
I want to comment on the torrent. I love the smell of the stuff, but the taste is pretty nasty to me. The instructions are for 20 oz of water, but I have to dilute to at least 30 or 40, so the cherry isn?t so strong. It?s almost like cough medicine but not that bad. Also, my arms are exceptionally sore from yesterday, so the recovery wasn?t so great. But, I don?t think any supplement could prevent DOMS after yesterday?s arm workout.

Workout Summary
Not much to comment on this workout. It was a good one hour workout for the back. As you can see, my back is pretty weak and hence underdeveloped due to the lack of attention I gave it during the previous years. Well, I?m going to give it a good attention from now on and hopefully I can see some gains here.
As for my vascularity, I have noticed increased vascularity, which I have been losing during my bulk because of the inevitable fat gain that comes along with the muscle in a bulk. The vein that comes across my bicep is back, and everyone loves that good ole vein.
Today, I mixed Torrent with 40 oz with water, and it tasted a lot better. I'm still not keen on the taste of Torrent, but it's not so bad to deter one away from drinking it(i.e. old Purple wraath).
I've also noticed that my muscles are harder throughout the day. I've read other logs, and others have reported it as a side effect of Torrent. I'm not sure if it's the AP or the torrent, but I'm def. liking the effect as opposed to having muscles that are soft and can be pressed down.

Workout Summary
Today, I actually felt a noticeable increase in energy and focus from AP. It wasn't a NO-explode or SP250 type of energy or focus but that steady energy. The pump was back, and my chest was pumped and looked huge. I'm kind of disappointed in my bench because I felt that I could 175 at least 10 times, but because of my 1 minute rest scheme, I could only muster out 8 reps for those three sets. Nevertheless, it was a good workout, and my shoulders felt like they were going jump off my body.
I?m not sure what to make of the 1.5 lb increase in weight. I don't feel like its water weight because I've been eating the same clean foods. Then again yesterday was an off day, so I might have to adjust for eating less on off days to limit the fat Anyway, tomorrow I'm getting a body composition check, so I?ll be able to tell my exact bf%. Well, I'm open to any suggestions, so any kind of feedback would be nice even though the weight increase could be just a random fluctuation.

This was an extremely intense workout. I set personal records on the deadlifts which left me feeling pretty good. Did some light squats afterwards, and they felt good until I had my third set of 185, which started to kill me. The hack squats then put the icing on the cake. The pump I had after the hack squats was almost painful. Overall, a great day in the gym!
I've also decided to taper down the calories everyday. 3300 on workout days and 3000 on offdays.

For the pump lovers out there, Animal Pump is def delivering on pumps on my arm days. The pump in the arms was painful.
Vasculinity was not so pronounced today. I had the same veins popping out, but it hasn?t really increased since the beginning.
Recovery has been significantly better. After setting the PRs on deadlifts, I was expecting the hamstrings to kill me today. I was sore, but not servere DOMS that I usually get when I do such intense heavy weight.
Tommorow is an offday, I might do some jogging if I have the time.

I took the Animal Pump first thing in the morning with the red pill. Felt like I needed the caffeine, so I didn?t take the stim out. I didn?t have DOMS at all in the arms today after yesterday?s workout. During my last arm workout, the DOMS was pretty severe in the arms. I believe Torrent?s claim on increased recovery is living to its claim.

This was a great workout. The vascularity was way more pronounced today, and 2 new veins popped out in my forearms. The pump was intense and is still lasting in my back. I?ve actually never had a back pump that was this noticeable. I?ve never cared much for the pump, but this back pump is def something else. Nothing much else to report other than I?ve gotten stronger on the pull-ups. Hopefully, I?ll be able to be rep my body weight soon.

For about the past week or so (which is about how long I've been taking the Pump/Torrent stack), I've been experiencing major bloating. Everytime I get to the gym, I feel as if I had just eaten a 150g carb meal beforehand and drank half a gallon of water with it! I've been feeling like I've had to burp but each time I burp, I feel like I need to throw up. It's not a "typical" burp.. it's a "I feel sick and I'm going to puke" burp.. if that makes any sense.
I think it is also important to note that I've experienced this each and every time I've taken my Animal Pump... whether it was a high carb OR a low[er] carb day.
Have you been experiencing similar things at all?

Sorry about not getting this log updated yesterday. Here is my log of yesterday. I had a great workout, and great burn in shoulders and chest. My bench press went up about 10lbs, and I have to say this has to be a result of either animal pump or Torrent. I was on the 5x5 program with some creatine mono, and my strength never increased in an increment of 10 lbs from one week. I?m was quite frankly amazed that I handed 185 with ease because last chest workout I was struggling with 175. Diet wasn?t the perfect 40-40-20 ratio, but still good. It was absolutely perfect until I went to a baseball game with some friends. Ended up eating 3 beef hotdogs(increased the fat intake) without buns for dinner since I had not other choice but eat at the game.

This workout is really a hate/love relationship with Animal Pump. I look huge from the pump, but damn the pump was pretty painful. Vascularity was increased then the previous bicep workout. I didn't see any new veins, but the veins look bigger and are "popping out more." Strenght is def increasing. I didn't struggle with any of the weights this time, and form was perfect.

Ehh, diet got a bit screwed up again with increased fat intake. Parents took me out, and I had a huge prime rib. Fats went way over again, but I'm getting the calories and still more than enough protein. I'm not sweating it, but just logging it for information.

The dreaded leg workout...words cannot explain it. You always dread doing it, but proud of the effort afterwards. I normally don't sweat during my workouts, but I sweated a good amount during this workout. I'm going up a lot faster in the weights than I have before, and I'm lasting a lot longer. I didn't want to so much as kill myself after the hack squats after this workout. After the hacks, I?m pretty much wasted, but I still had the energy to do a good amount of calf raises during this workout.
Pump was great this time. My calves were huge, and they are def getting effected by the pump. The pump wasn't painful either.
No noticed vascularity effects, today....but maybe one day, I will have killer veins in the calves.
The stimulant has no effect on me anymore. I don't feel any increased focus or increased energy.

Workout Summary
Good workout...after the close grip lat pulls, my arms were so pumped that the bent over barbell rows were hard to do because of the pump in my arms. I'm pretty sure I'm experiencing the huge pumps that Animal Pump users say that they have during the fifteenth day or so.
Vascularity was nice again. The veins actually popped out more than during my biceps/triceps workout days.
Again, no increased focus or energy to report

Not my best workout. Didn't have any increase in strength, and felt a lack of energy because of lack of sleep(~6 hours) and then working for 8 hours. I'm going to bed early tonight to say the least. Pump was good and vascularity was excellent. Energy not so much...
