    Out of curiosity how are the bowel movements? Of course in the first few days you still go while ehat ever is in there gets out baut you have been on it for a little bit now, do you just have do go drop it off once every few days or what?

    I am back!!

    Ok, today I am back at it. That is after drinkling myself silly all weekend in Vegas.

    Let's just say this morning I was more than thrilled to see that I was "302 lbs" Some of you might realised that is the same weight but for me it was a relief. With the way I was drinking, I thought I would have gain a ton. But I guessed the shake helped.

    So I maintain my weight even after not working out for 4 days. YAHOO!!!

    I just did the V diet for Saturday and Sunday and lost 2.8lbs, and not just water cause I've been dieting since January '06. lol

    I replaced one of my shakes by a meal today. Seemed that I underpacked my shakes so was short one.
    So replaced it with chicken breast and brown rice.

    Imagine where you are going to be at on day 28...

    Can't wait to see the results, I am going to do a V diet in about 1 month to 6 weeks when I've done over 25kgs weight loss myself to finish it off and change my tastebuds for the better to get ride of fast food cravings...

    Also have to add that I replaced one of my shakes by a meal daily.
    Usually a salad at luch time at work.

    I am hopping for 12-15 lbs.
    I believe I would be happy with that.
    My goal is to reach 250-245 by september and 215 by December.
