Hey everyone this is my first time on this forum but I see my elder brother using it so i decided to post something. Now I dont want you to lie because its just for comparison and not for ego's. Via a proper form Bench where the bar touches your chest and remains there for several seconds and is pushed to lockout with no assisitance.
I just had hernia surgery and always trained for running so am not big. I only weigh 135 lbs! Anyway, i just benched 185 lbs twice and had to stop due to elbow pain from rugby. Is this any good as I am tall and feel if i bulk up i cucd push sum serious poundages.

i weigh 185 and bench 240lbs (max)
I just recently starting concentrating on my bench and its going up pretty fast. (I think thats «verage for someone my heigh and size.)Stats:
Height: 5"10
Weight: 187lbs
Bicep - 15.4inches
Chest - 49 inch
Bench - 1rM = 245lbs
Squat - 1rM = 315lbs
Deadlift - 1rM = 315lbs (goal was 3 plates and got there)
total = 815 (goal for next christmas is 1100)
No pain, no gain
