    pre-workout meal...

    whats a good pre workout meal for somebody on the go? been tryin to find the perfect meal and im having trouble. thanks fellas!

    i eat a banana or apple 1/2 hour before the gym with some ripped fuel but im reading a book on carbs and fats so i have a a balanced diet

    i get out of class at 1:30 and try and hit the gym by 2 - 2:15 before work. lately ive been pickin up some power bars and eatin them right when i get out of class to give 30 mins to digest. any suggestions?
