    what should be the difference with your morning and PWO shake?

    I put a cup of oats, 1 cup of egg whites, 1 scoop of protein powder, leucine, and maybe a banana, apples, or grapes. should they be any different?

    Like BS said, it depends. But I don't see why you're morning shake couldn't be used PWO. Looks like you have a good carb/protein ratio.

    if you are on a budget u could do the same thing for pwo, sure. there are probably better options but you are ahead of most of the game...
