What's been happening lately supakorean? I don't want to sound weird or anything but I base my goals on the ones you've already achieved since we're similiar height...I'm on to my 5th week of a 12 week cutting phase attempting to get down to single digit bf% (roughly 11-12% now according to my calipers).......anyway, any new pictures to post? I'm bored....

I've heard he has just started cutting (this week). I wouldn't expect him to be posting much, though. He is in college, has a job and a social life. He somehow manages to fit in a few gym sessions in there as well.Originally posted by little0z

Sup guys,
I've been pretty bad about keeping my journal or even visiting this site. My college schedule is a bitch this semester and I am still putting in my 40 hours a week of work. Heck i work 7 days a week since i can't get all my hours in M-F.
Right now i am lifting 3x a week before my classes on MWF.
Monday- Chest/Sho
Wed- Arms
Fri- Back/Legs
If anything I'll try to at least post in some of the journals I used to. Heck half of you guys are probably bigger/stronger than me by now :-D

Just a quick update on a powerlifting event i was in this past Thursday...
I weighed in at 170 lbs and took 2nd in the meet. Bench was raw, squat + deadlift i used a belt.
Final Bench was 325 which was a PR (woot)
Deadlift- 425, think i could pull more if i had a stronger grip...
Squat- 335, damn this need to go up before my bench passes it...
Overall it was a fun event, the guy who won my weight class killed me on all 3 lifts...
225x20 is my next goal... 18 last time i tried
