    Trust me bro i am far from fat. I am no diet nazi. I lift weights to of course stay in shape and to look good. I also enjoy eating

    So if i feel like eating ice cream i balance it out with a nice protein shake

    ^^ my bulking recipe 33 lbs in less than 9 months and still have abs (not super cut)

    Today i decided to hit the gym extra early and i really wanted to see how many reps i could hit 225 for.

    225x16 (without a spot, wouldn't have gotten 17 anyway)

    nice lifts korean....405x3 isn't bad at all. Volume too low for me though You should try the 5x5's someday.....really helped me, my back is really thickened up.

    last 2 workouts look real good, 225X16 on bench is very good..

    heavy ass deadlifting also... 405, whew my hands would be mailing me a overnight package and give me a giant punch in the face after holding that much weight!!!!!!!

    Ok, I suck at squats. Im thinking maybe doing push presses the day before might be weakining my lower back, because I havent been able to pass 275 for like 2 months. I think Im going to drop the weight and start over at like 255 and work my way back up and see if that helps.

    still pretty good... maybe whats your technique like... funny bein at a gym for the first time in ages makes you look at every ones technique especially squatting...

    Yeah still not a bad workout. My squats flat out suck too. You are doing some good weight there though.
