Just letting you guys know i am still hitting the weights hard. Just been extremely busy with work and other things in life.
Got a big powerlifting meet coming up. Hopefully i don't look too sorry.

Today i decided to hit the gym extra early and i really wanted to see how many reps i could hit 225 for.
Bench Press-
135x10 Warmup
185x5 Warmup
225x16 (without a spot, wouldn't have gotten 17 anyway)
DB Press-
100x8,8,8 (weren't as easy after repping 225)
Incline DB Press-
80x8,7,7
Pressdown-
150x10
160x10
160x10 (highest I ever gone)
