Ok , I am back to stay now.
Short presentation :
Starting working out in May 2006. Stopped working out around in November of 06 due to some family issues and lazyness combined. Around Feb-March had a knee injury and also dislocated my shoulder. Still have some pain from time to time here.
I also started a journal/thread : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=828196
Now that the doctor cleared me I am more than ready to go back. I will still have some minor pains but I am still able to workout. See the picture that motivate me to work out even more on my blog : http://blog.bodybuilding.com/cawiau
My weight ballooned during that time from 265 to 305. WOW
Need to make this change for good and stick to it.
Hopefully this time I will keep at it, I must.

New gym and diet plan for the future
I registed today at a new gym which is closer to my house.
You get 2 free training sessions with trainers when you sign up.
Tomorow is my first training session with a trainer.
Since it was free, I decided to give it a try.

Also I am going to Las Vegas next week so I plan on trying eating as healthy as I can till I come back from Las Vegas on the 20th (going on the 17th). When I come back I want to start the Velocity diet on the 21rst. Yep, crazy and risky, but want to give it a try for 30 days. Will see how it goes. Which me me luck

It will come
Don't even worry about the strength los it will come back you were not off that long and it will be a good reminder why you should not take time off again. I am getting that reminder from the treadmill right now

I know that is a good thing. Want to see what really works for me this time around. So we will see.
My goal is to be between 250-260 lbs by September 31rst, so will change things as we go along.
Funny you should say that about the pads because I was just complaining at work that I will need the pads for next time and a coworker of mine that does spinning also sent me to this site : http://www.performancebike.com/
I will definitely need one before saturday because I won't be able to take it againMy journal:

I'll be here routing for you everyday man I'm glad to see you back. I have faith in you. You can lose the weight. I know I've had a rough go with my nutrition lately and I've gone from 190lbs (Skinny fat though) Up to 235 back down to 200 back up to 230 and back and forth several times since Christmas really. I'm tired of how I look and feel so I'm make the commitment again to. I want to be happy with myself more than anything right now and I'm willing to do what it takes to get there.
I am not afraid... I was born to do this!

Hey Cai! I have been wondering about you! So glad to see you back, sorry about all the stuff that's happened to you.
You wouldn't believe this, I had to stop my weight loss b/c I'm pregnant. I give birth in 2 weeks so I'll be back on track after I've recovered."In order to succeed, the desire for success must be greater than the fear of failure." - Bill Cosby
