I use GNC Mega Men. I believe it is a good multi vitamin and I am sure other's will agree. If you have a gold card, they aren't that expensive at all (they are always on sale). I don't quite remember, but I think I paid like $25-$30(Canadian) for 2 bottles. That is 180 pills. $25-30 for a 6 months supply ( I take one a day) isn't that bad.
