Lookin 2 drop 2 250lb @ 8% bf by prom.

yo was good, this is my 1st. post. 1st want 2 say hi 2 every1!..
good **** u got going here.. im felling it.. anyways..

im 6,5 .. 300lbs @ 19% bf..

theres like what 1month 2 prom..
im looking 2 drop my max amount by that time

but im also looking 2 get 2 my goal sometime in summer

at 6,5, 250lbs, 8% bodyfat.

any ideas on how 2 drop that.. i most prolly already know most ways .. but if any1 got a addition .. let me know..

i orignaly played football for 3 years then ****ed my knee up so i didnt do **** for 3 years lazy ass haha..

i gained like 80lbs over that time and ****.. now i got all gay streach marks.. witch are really ****ing gay..

but oh well.. lol.. fix 1 thing at a time lol

Your a rather large guy. That's about all I can figure out. I'm gonna have to get one of the hip hop guys in my department to translate the rest.

If you can type normal it would be appreciated. I mean I get the general idea and all, but it took me a little bit. No really. I'm not good with "cool talk" or whatever. Mainly cause I'm a social outcast and hate "cool"

Not much else can be said then diet properly, run, and hit the wieghts.

you do not look 6'5 or 300lbs.

If you are 6'5..You are probably about 240 maybe 250.


But If you want to cut fat...Then just cut calories and increase the burning of them...
