I know thaqt salt and sodium is bad for bodybuilding, but is it only affecting looks, or gains also. And how much is getting up there 200%daily amount?

sodium is bad only during certain points of cutting and getting prepared for a competition. Sodium daya to day is very important, if you exercise vigorously and sweat alot, you actually need more than the RDA, so do not worry about some extra sodium. You should however get your blood pressure checked and make sure it's not high as the extra salt may elavate this over time.
