Awesome sweet keto drink

Ok I got samples of Yerba Mate in tea bags. Added warm water, heated it up in the microwave in a tall cup, and then put a lot of splenda in it. Then, put in say... 3tbsp of heavy whipping cream...maybe 4?

Anyway I'm having my second cup and it's just dee-vine. The yerba mate + splenda is sweet and smells nice enough, but adding in the sweetness and richness of the cream makes the entire concoction taste a bit caramelly, if thats even a word. Wait, maybe I'm thinking of condensed milk, the sugary latin american thing. I forgot the name of it... oh wait dulce de leche? anyway...

I'm writing a paper and this thing has got me wide awake, but with none of the jitters that would make writing this essay impossible. Plus it's so nice and sweet, and warm...

another brilliant idea of mine involves getting your fiber intake using jello shooters. Psyillium husk powder + sugar free jello mix....

Sounds good. Becareful of too much Splenda but if your not knock out of ketosis then you're all good.
