Univeral Torrent
The First And Only Post-Workout Anabolic Muscle Activator With Waxy Maize Starch!
Torrent sets a new standard for post-workout (PWO) nutrition. Though often overlooked, this part of the bodybuilding equation is the most critical aspect in the quest to foster new growth. Properly utilizing this time is vital for inducing overall muscle mass "activation". Torrent?s formula is designed to maximize the anabolic "window of opportunity" that exists after a hard training session, when muscle protein synthesis can potentially be stimulated for hours. Simultaneously, the rate of protein degradation is also increased.
In the absence of critical macronutrient intake, a bodybuilder's protein balance would remain negative. If you want to build muscle this definitely isn?t good. This is where Torrent? comes into play. It acts quickly and efficiently by supplying your muscles with a powerful cascade of criticial nutrients, all in a matter of moments. After a hard workout your muscles are torn down, glycogen is depleted and your body enters a damaging catabolic state. For the bodybuilder, this is a state of red alert.
When consumed immediately post-training, Torrent's proprietary blend of muscle mass activators rush to bring your body back into anabolic ?green light? status, quickly repairing damaged muscle fibers while triggering fresh growth. First and foremost, it has super high-efficiency protein. Torrent? is loaded with hydrolyzed whey protein, which consists of small whey peptides that can be quickly digested and absorbed. Hydrolyzed protein is the quickest digesting protein available.
Torrent also contains a specialized Osmosulin Matrix of carbohydrates that allows for quick glycogen replenishment and the fastest possible absorption of muscle-nourishing nutrients. This blend is packed with an optimal ratio of complex carbs from innovative, highly prized waxy maize starch, maltodextrin, and dextrose. This blend allows for a dramatic boost of anabolic insulin via simple sugars coupled with the nutrient-drawing effects of ?high molecular weight? carbohydrates. The formula is then generously spiked with 18 grams of a key proprietary blend of advanced aminos and creatines. A special "anabolic matrix" that will put your muscles in post-workout recovery overdrive. When consumed immediately after intense training this potent blend can induce a powerful anabolic surge that shuttles nutrients into your starved muscle cells. Heightened anabolism, rapid nutrient transport, insulin potentiating--all delivered by means of a delicious post-workout growth cocktail. And we mean delicious. Torrent is an anabolic force mother nature never intended. Blow your plateaus away with Torrent.

FAQ
1. Q: Does Torrent contain enough protein?
Yes. Torrent has 20g of protein, but it's not just regular whey protein. Torrent contains expensive WPH (whey protein hydrolysates), which is the fastest absorbing protein of its kind, even faster than free form aminos. After a workout the goal is to take in only the most efficient sources of nutrients and WPH is as efficient as it gets. Plus, research suggests that too much protein isn't efficient as excess can convert to the waste product, urea. Torrent is lean and efficient and was designed with the idea that nothing should go to waste. Also, bear in mind that Torrent contains 8,000mg of a special leucine complex, bringing up the total amino acid content of Torrent significantly. For those in the know, leucine may very well be the most anabolic of all the amino acids. This 8,000mg, when combined with WPH, creates a far greater impact than 20g of whey protein concentrate alone.
2. Q: I've been hearing a lot about Waxy Maize Starch. What makes it so special?
Waxy Maize Starch (WMS) is a unique and very expensive "high molecular weight" carbohydrate that has the ability to move through the stomach rapidly. This is ideal for quick glycogen replenishment without "stomach bloat". Just as importantly, WMS has the ability to draw or "pull" other nutrients into your muscles cells along with it-this special "torrent" action makes it an ideal carb for post-workout ingestion.
3. Q: Why use Waxy Maize Starch in conjunction with other carbs?
WMS has a "nutrient drawing" effect because of its high molecular weight. Taken in the Osmosulin Carb Matrix along with d-glucose and maltodextrin, you combine this rapid gut-passing of aminos and other nutrients from WMS with the potent insulin spiking properties of simple carbohydrates. In other words, Torrent provides a fuller spectrum of various carb sources, each with their own functional advantages.
4. Q: Do I need to use Torrent on my non-training days?
No. Torrent is a post-workout supplement that can optimally be used on training days when your muscles require superior, targeted nutrition.
5. Q: Why do I need Torrent? Isn't my regular PWO protein shake enough?
Simply put, no. Recent studies show that combining whey along with carbs and leucine is more beneficial than protein alone or protein and carbs alone. The additional leucine appears to help further stimulate muscle protein synthesis and maximally optimizes whole protein balance. Leucine is the "money" amino in terms of anabolism, and Torrent delivers a full 8,000 milligram complex of its most advanced forms. With Torrent, all of your postworkout needs are covered in one shot and at a price that is very, very nice. Easily digested protein, an advanced carb blend and 18,000mg of cutting-edge aminos and creatine all in one is a delicious postworkout drink mix.
6. Q: Does Torrent need to be "cycled"?
No, as a post-workout shake, Torrent should be taken after each workout to help supply your muscles with the right nutrients for muscle growth and repair. There is no need to cycle it. Regarding the creatines used in Torrent, see this FAQ.
7. Q: Can I mix Torrent with milk or is water enough? You can, but for optimal results, Torrent should be mixed with water. Torrent is a complete post-workout shake. Adding milk or other substances to the shake can cause some delay of its absorption-meaning it'll take longer for critical nutrients to reach your muscle cells. 20 oz. of water hand mixed in a standard shaker cup or water bottle is all you need.
8. Q: Can I use Storm and Shock Therapy with Torrent?
Yes. Torrent is designed to fit right along with the tried and true combination of Shock Therapy and Storm. Here's how you'd do it: take Shock Therapy 30 mins pre-workout. Consume Storm either during your workout or immediately afterwards. Take Torrent within 15 minutes after your workout.
9. Q: Conversely, do I need another source of creatine other than that contained in Torrent?
No. While you can stack Torrent with other creatine products like Animal Pump, Storm and/or Shock Therapy for greater results, you can also use Torrent as your sole creatine source. Torrent contains 3g of creatine including creatine ethyl ester (CEE) and magnesium creatine chelate (MCC). Bear in mind that, as you are using Torrent only on training days, you'll still need to supplement with creatine on your off days.
10. Q: Taste wise, most postworkout drinks taste awful? How did you get around this fact with Torrent?
True, it is difficult to mask the flavor of a formula that includes not only WPH and WMS, but 18g of advanced aminos. But through months of stringent taste testing protocols and new advancements in flavoring, we think we created a product you will actually look forward to consuming.

ABOUT ME
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Height: 5'9
Weight: 202 lbs.
Body Fat: 18%
Body Status: Cutting from 210 (22% body fat) Been cutting since April 21 plan on cutting until 6% body fat, while trying to maintain lifts.
BodyType: 2 Mesomorph, According to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker3.htm
Location: Ohio
Training Schedule / Protocol
HEAVY Compound lifts. Training method is similar to Max-OT. I always lift heavy no matter what, keeping my reps in the 4-6 range for the majority of exercises. Once I am able to do 6 reps on a exercise I move it up 5lbs and continue to use that weight until 6 reps are reached, then move the weight up again, this allows me to adjust to heavier lifts consistently without sacrificing form. During the cutting phase I will be trying to maintain the weight lifted, keeping power up despite lower calorie intake. So if some of my lifts begin to slightly decline that is why.- Day 1 - Off or Low Intensity Cardio
- Day 2 - Back, Shoulders
- Day 3 - Off or HIIT, Abs
- Day 4 - Arms
- Day 5 - Legs, Trapz
- Day 6 - Off or HIIT, Abs
- Day 7 - Chest
Training Points- Train only 1 or 2 muscle groups per workout/day
- Never sacrifice form
- Do 4 to 6 reps per set
- Do 6 to 10 total heavy sets per muscle group
- Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets (STR)
- Each workout lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes
- Train each muscle group once every 5 to 7 days
- Take a 1 week break from training every 12 weeks (ITR)
- No Forced Reps
- One set of 60 sec. DC stretching at the end of workout
- Compound Movements
Alternations- ATG Squats will be performed instead of Standard Squats
- Paused Deadlifts (3-5 sec. On ground) instead of Standard Deadlifts (been doing these alterations for a while now and really like the results)
Cardio Schedule/Protocol
Slowly incorporating HIIT for 10-15 min. on off days depending on my schedule. Low intensity cardio for about 30 min. or more is done on off days usually on Mondays. The choice of HIIT or low intesity cardio will change frequently depending on how my body feels.

Day 1
Thanks guys I appreciate it! I'll be on the lookout for your guys logs.
Comments:
Today was the first day with Animal Pump and WOW! The energy kicked in hard, I felt great throughout the whole session. Did not notice anything other then the pure energy from the stims, no noticable crash and smooth energy for about 2-3hrs. Probably need a few days to judge the effectiveness of the ergogenics.

Day 2
Comments:
Today was the second day on the stack and a low intensity cardio day, it was originally supposed to be a back, shoulders workout with some heavy deads but this viral infection has been making feel horrible. I didn't get a chance to try out Torrent yet but hopefully tomorrow. Didn't want to do anything but still cardio is better then nothing at all. I'm hoping I'll get well enough to do back and shoulders tomorrow, definitely going to sleep early tonite.
I'll report back tomorrow.

Day 3
Comments:
Cutting and trying to maintain the strength, today I was still feeling the effects of the viral infection but the extra sleep really did help, so no deads today, definitely next Tuesday. I decided against them because of that and Squats and SLDL's are on Friday. I felt amazing during my workout the energy was constant and clean, no crash. Today was the first day on the Torrent and I took it immediately post-workout after my last set. The mixability was great with 20oz. of water, the consistency was great no extra powder or chunks, and the taste was amazing for such a great formula. I actually enjoyed the flavor it reminded me of those push pop Flinstone things
(remember them now?)
Pumps were great today and I was definitely was feeling the effects of the stims, strength was up/consistent felt great for being on a diet and lifting heavy.

Comments:
Today was an awesome workout, I actually set PR's on a cut. The energy and focus from the pump was great, I think the NO complex really hit hard today, pumps were insane and the pumps seem to be extended a couple hours after my workout from the Torrent. Strength is maintained/up and I'm really enjoying the stack so far. Thanks to all that are following my log!
Other:
Dosing and Diet will be consistent throughout the entire cut and log (diet located on post 2 and dosing is pump 30 min. pre-workout and Torrent immediately post-workout after my last set., pre-workout meal and post-workout shake and meal (dinner) are still being followed.)

Day 5
Comments:
Energy and focus were great today, the animal pump still kicked in pretty hard I'll probably dose it two caps (from the extras on off days) towards the end of the log since stim sensitivity won't be as good. Today was a great workout strength was up (know what you mean NC), managed to set 3 PR's on the Leg Press. The pumps were awesome especially during Leg Extensions, I'm extremely sore from the workout and looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. Torrent prolonged the pumps again for quite a while, tomorrow is a bf% and weight "weigh in" where I calculate my weekly progress from the beginning of the log till now, I'll post it up tomorrow in the log.
Other:
This week's workout protocol is a little different then my usual because of the sickness at the beginning of the week. I have to workout tommorrow (chest) because I'm working an all day on Sunday (my usual chest day). Usually have a break on wed and sat but didn't because I have to play catchup.

Day 6
Comments:
Today's workout was great, had lots of focus and energy. The pumps were amazing and vascularity was slightly noticable, my chest also felt extremely pumped. The torrent prolonged the pumps for about an hour or so after the workout. I'm happy with the cut so far and trying to maintain strength as much as possible, save as much muscle as possible, and slash bodyfat in the process. The pump has definitely helped in the strength department and torrent in keeping muscle glycogen levels up. Tomorrow is an off day and Monday I will be doing HIIT or low intensity cardio.

Day 7
Comments:
Worked most of the day today, not too much to comment on. Today was a low intenisty cardio day, basically just did a medium paced incline walk. I took the red pill (stimulant pill) out today and saved it for a double dose sometime soon. Tomorrow is an off day and I'm going to catch up on some rest; followed by some heavy deadlifts on Tuesday.

Day 8 and 9
Comments:
Monday was an off day and I mostly just relaxed, I took the animal pump without the stims about 30 min. before dinner. Today was a Back, Shoulders day and the workout was INTENSE, pumps were amazing, strength was up and energy was smooth but stim tolerance is definitely building up. Tomorrow is a cardio day and I'll most likely do a HIT session, I'll update tomorrow.

Day 10
Comments:
Today was a cardio day, decided against the HIT, really enoying the LIT type cardio probably add HIT back in when fat loss becomes slower; I took animal pump without the stim, post-workout. Tomorrow is a Arms day and I'm looking forward to possibly doubling up on the stims to see how effective it is.
