Anyone else a fan of this guy?? for those who don't know he's the bodybuilder who lost a leg in a car crash a few year back....guest posed at the olympia in 2003 too....anyway, I attended a show tonight where he guest posed, looked awesome, huge arms especially...anyway i spoke a few words to him backstage, really nice guy, gave me a few motivational words, I told him he was one of the most inspirational guys ive ever met and he thanked me for it, i took a picture with him and he signed a photo for me too, left quite a lasting impression on me

The true spirit of bodybuilding - It's not about winning titles or being famous, but overcoming life's obstacles and being the best you can be, regardless of the limitations.
I think most of us been guilty from time to time, myself included, of lamenting not having ideal physical gifts. Need to keep everything in perspective. Sorta makes the whole "I hate my genetics" or "If only I had longer biceps" or "poor me, I'm an ectomorph" stuff look pretty stupidLast edited by Heatmiser; 05-07-2007 at 05:11 PM.
