I have the small one. It's perfect for one or two people. I've had it for almost 2 years and have never had any problems.

    I have the Jumbo one.

I would of got a smaller size but they only had this one and a really tiny one that looked like it could barely fit a burger patty.

I almost picked a small one up today at Target, it was only $17.99, but i decided to just wait for about 3 weeks and use the one at my house ( i am at college right now)

i had the small one but i traded with someone for the larger one.

the larger one doesnt take as long to cook the foods and its faster for me to cook up a weeks worth of food at one time.

I have the extra large, works well for grilling alot of chicken. I'm just not crazy about how it grills the top part of the chicken, it gets real hard.

I have the little one. It cooks FAST, even, and it's great. No complaints. it's a solid piece of cookware.

Get the larger one, trust me. Unless storage space is an issue, the bigger one is the way to go. You say now that you only want it to cook one thing at a time, but just wait. You're going to want to begin cooking multiple things at once so you can store them to avoid having to cook all the damn time. Also, the larger one cooks faster. My friend has the little one and its so dinky. It barely fits jack on it. I personally like to either cook multiple items or big ass pieces of meat. I don't know why you would get the small one, unless storage space is a concern. Just my 2 cents.
