    Nice workouts as of late Waitlifter. I'm sorry I haven't gotten in here more but I'm a full time college student with a part time job and I workout 5 days a week and eat a lot so I don't have as much free time as I'd like. I'm sure you know how that goes. Ne wayz keep it up, everything is looking good! Hopefully I can get back and check this more often.

    Yeah, it's a 5x5 routine w/ some additional (higher rep) lifts. Somewhat like LostProphets. I will proboby do this for a few months (until it gets old) and switch back over to DFHT.

    Thanks, Young. In actuality, I really shouldn't go that long on cardio if I want to gain. There's just been a lot of **** going on lately (in life), and find cardio therapeutic.

    Nice shoulder workout. You have me beet in your shoulder lifts thats for sure but I still got you on close grip bench. I know arms are your week point just like shoulders are mine. Keep it up. Keep adding weight everyweight and you'll gain. I'm doing a similar routine as well and it seems to be working well. I'm glad you like it as well.

    Thanks, Chuckles. My 'big' lifts have always been descent, but arms never grow. It's pretty embarrassing when my total (big three) is ~900, but I still have 14 inch arms
