Nice workouts as of late Waitlifter. I'm sorry I haven't gotten in here more but I'm a full time college student with a part time job and I workout 5 days a week and eat a lot so I don't have as much free time as I'd like. I'm sure you know how that goes. Ne wayz keep it up, everything is looking good! Hopefully I can get back and check this more often.

Nice shoulder workout. You have me beet in your shoulder lifts thats for sure but I still got you on close grip bench. I know arms are your week point just like shoulders are mine. Keep it up. Keep adding weight everyweight and you'll gain. I'm doing a similar routine as well and it seems to be working well. I'm glad you like it as well.
