I'm currently maxing out at about 195 for my bench, which isn't great considering I'm 6'3 195. And I've basically been using the same routine for forever and just slightly increasing weights.
I warm up at 110.
Do 15 x 135
10x 155
5x 170
2x 180
Or more if I feel like it. I alternate with dumbbells every third session. Any good programs that would put some more volume on my chest, and push me up into that 225 area?
What programs would work? I'm not interested in rippetoes, so don't even mention that. Do you guys do 5x5 for gains? Just curious. Thanks

Bench 225
Squat 250
Deadlift 295
