Yeah, it's an old thread, but you don't see many references to it online.

I had to turn the temperature up on our water heater.: P 145 degrees Fahrenheit or ~63 Celsius. Have roasted my scrotum for over 20 years, not "boiling hot" but far hotter than one normally can stand in the shower. One of those shower heads that's attached to a hose, so you can manually move it around. Heaven.

Supposedly, water at 140 Fahrenheit can burn skin in 5 seconds, producing 2nd or even 3rd degree burns. Thinner skin, like with babies and old people, is more vulnerable. Not sure how to reconcile that with my experience. The water will be cooling some as it travels through the pipes, but I'm thinking it's still at least 140 when it hits me. I guess I should check the water temp with a thermometer.

Usually get three waves - first one is to have a mix of hot and cold water, about as hot as the maximum you can usually stand in the shower. This produces a very pleasurable sensation, like that of scratching in itch, multiplied many times over. I've heard it's related to skin cells releasing histamine or other chemicals/neurotransmitters, just a really big hit for the nerves; fantastic feeling.

Then, a higher mix of hot water with a little cold, and the second wave can be had. Have never had any serious burns - the most is a handful of times the skin seemed a little more tender the following day. Whatever the chemical release is, after 3 cycles of hot water then hotter and hotter, it's pretty well used up, and it can't be repeated for some time. I don't think I've ever tried it more than once a day - at the least I imagine it takes some hours to recover.

Hi Old Doug ,I have basically the same issue.I have never had anything , then I went to africa and picked up scabies,and just as it was finishing this started ,((maybe 2 months ago) so i thought it was part of it , but seems its not , as the scabies is gone.
Now when i get in the shower my balls go absoultly insane. hotter the water the better. yes it feels absoultly knee buckelingly good , but itchy also and needs scratching at the same time. to me it feels like bugs in there. you dont sound like you are bothered by it . its not normal .... something must be wrong ,so im worried about it and want to get to the bottem of what the problem is , anyone else with any similar experience or any idea. Im sure a doctor woulndt have a clue.

Has anyone else ever got the shower water really really hot on their balls? It works best for me w/a shower head that has really high pressure. Start the water out hot, hold your sac up so it's hitting right now it, then gradually get the water hotter and hotter. It will be sooo hot it will burn you if it hits your legs and such, but keep it on your nuts and eventually it almost feels like I'm having an orgasm and then it starts to burn. Yes. Yes i have done that before. so no you're not alone. i'ld hope that you'ld have kept in mind that not many people do that. because the idea or very thought about burning your balls is something that not alot of people will try. you're not alone but know not to just post asking if anyone has done this because because of the responses you've got.
How i found out about it? - well you see i'm into torture porn, mainly spanking but a little bit of pussy or ball torture is also good for me to see. you see through that i thought about how i could still get a similar sensation. (as someone had said things move too fast, it'll shut down but this is different if you're able to control it) now it wont effect your sperm immediately but gradually over time; it will.

Instead of doing this, probably best to stick with modern day sex.
