i currently need 650-750 cals per meal in order to gain weight, because of my ****ing metabolism.... (ecto)
I am working a job which involves physical activity.... ok its only stacking shelves at a supermarket, but i am required to work quite fast at times and surely must bee burning cals?
If walking for an hour burns 200 cals i must be walking for at least half hour between meals...so thats 100 cals gone straight away. Then if u add up all the other stuff i do...like lifting boxes/opening them puttin #### on the shelves i mus b burning i dunno at least another 100 i think.
So am i supposed to make my meals 950 cals each at work....i only have 30 min breaks how the fvk can i eat 950cals in 30 mins?!?!?!?!

My protein shake has 1038 calories and I drink that in 10 seconds.
If you're an ecto you probably need anywhere from 3.5k+ calories a day to gain. Try eating every 2 hours, they don't have to be high calorie meals either.

2 set Flat Bench press
2 set Incline dumbell
2 Set dips
3 set close grip bench*
3 set skullcrushers*
Wednesday- Legs/Shoulders/Traps
2 set squat
2 set Deadlift
2 set Front squat
2 set SLDL
2 set Military press
2 set Lateral raises
2 set Shrugs
Friday - Back/Bi
2 set pullups
2 set chins
2 set rows
2 set rev grip rows
3 set Barbell curls*
2 set hammer curls

That all looks good, a little high on tricep/bicep volume, but nothing OTT.
Lets recap:
160lbs ecto
6 meals a day 4200cals in total
Good workout
Do you sleep well? thats the only other factor I can think of. Also, how long have you been doing this? It takes a month or 2 before you will see results.Bulking.

Mentzer HIT training is not the only way to grow, there are various different methods and techniques to induce hypertrophy.

The only way to stimulate muscular IGF-1 and testosterone sensitivity in a particular muscle is to train it - cause microtrauma to that muscle. That's why for optimum growth you should train each muscle as often as possible, that is, as soon as your CNS has recovered.
