i wouldnt use oatmeal as your carb source for post workout cause u need something to be assimilated FAST and oatmeal will only prolong digestion, not make it faster....try a fruit juice or a carb drink....wow, i said "assimilate"...what am i? a frggin borg?:-p

yeah, before workout i take oats grind it up and add some cinananananamon and grind it up some more. Then add it to some protein and water. Then after wards it is protein and gatorade powder. I like the orange flavor gatorade and chocalate protein, it tastes good.
Trying to be the best I can be, without having to do my best.
