Not a fan of MM. I think the name sells better than the ingredients. They sell MM at the gas station and local Ralphs super market. Im thinking they spend too much on marketing. Its over priced and if anything tastes good at most.
I've used (and love) NLN Lean Pro Matrix for about 3 months.
Optimum Nurtrition everyone else around here seems to adore. I've have not tried it yet.

It's a great tasting protein, You cant go wrong with any of the flavors
Quality of the protein is not so bad either, I've made gains with muscle milk, Im now currently using MyoFusion, just for something new but, I would always recommend muscle milk to someone, it did give me a lot of gas though haha.R.I.P Andy Irons

So far I have been drinking one 11oz MM pre and post workout. At only 200 cal and 20g of protein, it fits perfectly into my 1600 calorie diet. Plus since Im currently unemployed and strapped for cash it works out great cuz at walmart muscle milk is covered by food stamps.

MM contains high level toxic metals
Get the words out, Muscle Milk contains high level of toxic metals. Consumer Report article below:

I'm a long time Muscle Milk user, but this scared the crap out of me. Time to hold them accountable for the quality of their products
