    Exercises for lower chest

    I need some exercises for the lower chest, BUT there's a catch - i workout at home and my bench doesn't decline and i don't have a dip station. So can anyone suggest some exercises i might be able to do?

    buy a dip station- best investment ever (Snce you can also do pullup/chins w/ it)

    well i read that if you lower the bar to the lower part of your chest it will work them, but I'm not sure.
