I need some exercises for the lower chest, BUT there's a catch - i workout at home and my bench doesn't decline and i don't have a dip station. So can anyone suggest some exercises i might be able to do?

well i read that if you lower the bar to the lower part of your chest it will work them, but I'm not sure.

yeah well i've just bought a power rack (getting it tomorrow) and that's got the chin up bar in it (thank god finally a decent chin/pullup bar!).
