which is better when combined with a low carb mmoderate fat and high protein diet..(im not doin keto for fat loss cause i rather add in a thermo and cardio...is that good or better than keto?? and what type of cardio for how long will help preserve muscle on legs. when tryin to lose ab fat???? thanks alot.....

I can't answer all your questions, but I can tell you not to waste your money on Cutting Gel (by Nutrasport); it does not work as a fat emulsifier as claimed (perhaps it works as a mild diuretic though.) I have seen posts by Big Cat and others eluding to a product called "Animal Cuts" which I believe is made by Universal Nutrition and is supposed to be very good.

Bump that, cutting gel is not worth its price at all, dont bother.
