Alright I see everyone else writing up journals and I figured that it would be a great way for me to keep myself in check. Also I love the motivation it gives when I have others support and encouragement.
A little background info.
Last June I was 255lbs and a fatass. This came from 3 years of drinking and eating what I wanted. I never really noticed it until one day I saw a huge ****ing stretch mark on my stomach. That was my wake up call, I knew things had to change. So I found this site and started dieting. At the end of the summer when school started I was 217lbs. I dropped down to 195lbs before Christmas break, but a whole month off and moms homecooking put me back to 205lbs.
I started seriously dieting again (not just watching what I was eating, counting cals too!) and last week I decided to start Keto. I started at 195lbs and 20% bf. After 1.5 weeks I am at 187lbs or so. My goal is to get to around 170 and be at 10%bf.

Alright. Time for me to play catch up and start being more consistent with this journal.
So last Friday I had a really really awesome full body workout. Then I carbd up saturday and sunday. After my carb up I was shcocked to see that I wieghed 198lbs. Yes people thats 11lbs in a carb up!!!!?! So Monday I ate clean keto food and took my first final. Which BTW I did horrible, blah. Well see how the final grade turns out. Tuesday I didn't eat keto since I had no food because I am getting ready to move after finals are over. So I ate some carbs. Which sucks, but I decided that I will let this week be a cheat week to help me get through finals. Tomorrow I have 3 in a row . Next week I'll try to eat clean but I will be at my parents so pretty much theres not too much hope for that. But I plan on running for two hours a day to counteract fat regain. Then I'll move next Saturday to Bloomington IL for the summer. Once I am there I will be able to be 1000% focused with a perfect diet. I'll update tomorrow night after I take my GIS, Eath Science, and Numerical Analysis final. Until then keep it clean keep it keto (yes hippocrate)
