Yes you can BUT you shouldn't if you can avoid it, whats the point in replenishing glycogen stores and then using them during the carb up? You should train immediately prior to carb up however.
i find that the carbs gives me a rush, after being so lone w/out
so i get a real hardcore w/out durin a carb up- but its all relative, compared to how you feel n react
and i am what I am- n f**kn proud of it,
