Monday was horrible for me. I had only had 1 and a half hours of sleep. When I went to lift I only got 215 up four times for 2 of my four sets. I hated it.

Form is alot more important than how much you can lift.
Knowing is not enough; we must apply.
Willing is not enough; we must do.

When I was overtraining when I started, I would lose a rep or two every workout, and sometimes have to drop 5-10 lbs at a time on some lifts. It was terrible.

Since I started training smart I have always had good workouts.

The reason I am not lifting as much as I should be though was cause of lack of sleep that day and that I haven't been able to be consistent in my workouts latley.

A pretty ignorant comment you put in here. Powerlifters care about form just as much as bodybuilders do.

I think he said that powerlifters NEED good form so they can lift more weight. :/
