    Frustrated as all hell

Hey guys this is more of a venting then anything but any suggestions wouldn't hurt.
I've been having fantastic workouts over the past 6 months or so. I can actually see a physical difference from then and now. I've put more size on and yet cut some bodyfat at the same time just by cutting out all junk and eating cleanly. My strength continues to progress week by week BUT...the past month or so, I've noticed that I've stopped growing or it has really slowed down to a point where it is unnoticable. I know that my training routine is still working because like I said the strength continues to progress nicely. My workouts consist of a 3 routine pattern that rotate weekly. Week one I train for Power 4-6 rep range balls to the walls resistance. Week 2 I concentrate more on Rep Range. 6-8 and 8-10 on last excercise for a bodypart such as concentration curls. Week 3 is a Shock week where I superset 2 different excercises for a given bodypart and then I start the whole thing over again. Excercises and order in which they are performed change in those 3 workouts. I just stopped putting on size! I'm keeping my protein at 1 gram for every pound of bodyweight. any other information required to help me figure this out? Thanks if anyone has any suggestions. Peace.

    i here ya

brother i know what your going through.. trust me some suggestions are first take a week or even two off and give yourself a break.. step 2 during this break analyze your diet, supplement, and workout plans. step 3 bump up your protein intake from from 1 gram per pound of bodyweight to 1.5. try that and see what happens the added protein and rest can definitly help your body start growing again.. this has helped for me.. i was out 6 weeks and when i came back in 12 weeks time i was bigger and leaner then ever.. i also improved two of my weakest bodyparts triceps and shoulders greatly by just changing things up and they are looking great...

    my progress

Your stats are very impressive. You should post a pic. Thank you for the advise. Upping the protein sounds like very good advise. I will probably do just that. thank you again.
