This is my gym from outside.... my dad had it built initially for storage but when i cleaned out the shed and fit all our crap in there i pursaded him 2 let me make it into a gym.

My smiths machine and yes i kinda wish i had a power rack but i got a bad shoulder so this kinda helps not completely **** it up

This is my extremely expensive chinup bar but i had 2 get that as that is an outside door and i'd rather not do chinups with the door open.... that cost 50 pounds.

thats just an assortment of standard weights.... btw i got all my standard weights extremely cheap, thats why i always recomend them for DB use, u can buy a couple bars for pretty much nothing and get tonns of weight for practically nothing too.

got the treadmill there too, doesn't get used as much as it should. i'm a bit lazy when it comes 2 cardio

last pic... this is an idea i got from henry's home built post and as you can see mine are still under construction, i need another drill bit 2 dril out holes for the handle bars i made at school. and i need some longer screws to stick them to the wall, don't worry, pics will come up once i have time 2 finish them. its a knee raise station btw

ye, but i got a electronic timer attached 2 a heater that goes off like 3 hours i go in there 2 workout so i don't freeze my balls off. my mum wont let me run it all day coz shes one of these conservative people. i do feel very lucky to have that building, its right at the rear end of my garden so i jus turn up the volume and blast my music anytime of the day." Nice gym Haider, looks like you have everything you need for a good workout. Its great to be able to crank the tunes, I wired my gym for sound and I crank better tunes than Bally's softrock ****. It sucks trying to squat to Elton John music. Do you use your heavybag much? I bought a round timer and hit mine for 5-8 three minute rounds,awesome cardio workout!Originally posted by Haider254

i don't really use it, my bro uses it all the time coz he does karate and likes 2 practise his punching on it. i need 2 start on cardio again, i've been a bit lazy with it lately. i mite try that, i used 2 do the speed rope aswell. i never really bothered 2 use the treadmill, i did before but i had an electrical fault in the gym which meant after running for about 10 minutes the fuse would blow and i'd have 2 reset it and carry on, i jus got bored of it.

Your own building, cool. That would be nice. I have a good size basement but there's other crap down there. It would be nice to just have a place for weight only.
