can you tell how much fat you must lose for your abs to show by your belly button? like seeing how far you must go to touch it, usually if your abs show your belly button shows too, anyway thx

i can see mine tho just a fingernail of fat to get rid of :P

Well i have a small ammount of fat over my bottom set of abs, which is where my belly button is, by putting my finger in and messuring how much fat it is, maybe it could tell how much I have to lose?

i know what you mean by this, i wonder this too, as i have some fat on my stomach, and i want to know if it would take about 5 pounds to lose it or more, i woud like this answered too

from where i slouched it created a crease in my skin and moved all the fat down to the 2 bottom abs, it really sucks but its not alot

i get that too, like when i stand up, i look kinda defined, but once i sit down, i feel soft and i get depressed
