Hey all, I have been lurking around on these forums for some time but finally decided to start posting as I am taking my training/diet to the next level.
My current stack is listed below along with my diet, my goal right now is to gain mass, let me know what you think.
Supplements:
CLA (3 grams/3 times per day)
Fish Oil (1 gram/3 times per day)
Glucosamine (1 serving in the morning)
Universal Animal Pump (preworkout)
Waxy Maize Starch (1 serving preworkout/2 servings postworkout)
Bulk CEE (2.5 grams postworkout)
Glutamine (15 grams total (5 morning shake, 5 pre, and 5 post)
Protein (take 3 shakes throughout the day)
Universal Real Gains (shake before bed)
Universal Animal Pak (take after breakfast)
Diet:
7 AM: Protein shake (2 servings with milk)
8:30 AM: 3/4 cup oats with raisins
10:30 AM: Protein shake (2 servings with water)
12:30 PM: 2 cans tuna, 1 pc fruit
2:30 PM: 1/2 cottage cheese
5:00 PM: Protein shake (2 servings with water - preworkout fuel)
7:00 PM: Lean meat (12 oz.), vegetable, 2 cups milk
9:30 PM: Real Gains shake
I am aiming for about 3500 calories a day but may include another full meal to reach 4000 calories to gain some good mass.
Stats:
5'-11", ~215 lbs, with ~ 13-15% body fat
Just started this diet and have been following it for the past two weeks and have already noticed results. My problem in the past was cheating too much. I love my pizza and pasta and would eat too large of quantities.
Let me know what you think and if I am on the right track. I will try to load up a few pics if I can figure it out.
