Anyone had any success using green tea to aid in fatloss (with a clean diet and exercise of course). I'm thinking about trying it out.

I dunno how true it is but I love Green tea compared to regular. Definitely is good for you.

Same here. I was a total coffee addict and green tea has seriously weened me off the stuff (still have an occassional cup). Don't know specifically about the fat loss (damn I hope so), but green tea is full of anti-oxidants and is hydrating so it has other benefits.Originally posted by Snafu

Green tea can aid in fat loss, but you'll need to consume quite a bit daily for that to happen. The main benefit comes from it's antioxident, EGCG

even if it isn't aiding in my fat loss, i enjoy it a lot... it's also just a healthy drink.

I've taken it fairly seriously for the last two years. Nothing dramatic. It is not drug like.
