I can deadlift 3x my body weight. 225 for 3 reps, right? LOL
Yes, I can pull 665...almost triple.
Edit...I haven't pulled this in a long tim eto be totally honest with you. I tore both R/C and had an impingment which caused me to really have to lay off the weights for a while. The 665 was a PR and I am currently working on getting back there.
I feel that in order to get a good Deadlift, it shouldn't be done every week. The last time I pulled was about 2 months ago and I pulled 505.Last edited by Kraken; 04-01-2004 at 04:11 PM.

I can do one rep, with the pins in place about 4 nothces up. I guess that makes it a quarter deadlift.

I know of a fellow that can partial DL with almost 1200lbs...does that count even though it's over 3 times his weight? LOL This same fellow over head pressed 450lbs, inclines about 500lbs and squats about 900lbs comp style. I have seen the pictures of him doing all of these lifts too.You want a sick leg/lower back exercise? Just pick up after me when I'm done doing drop sets.

280 is the most I have ever done. That's only 1.5 bodyweight. I have a long way to go. It's wierd people who just start deadlifting can do more than I can do after years of it. I still can't touch 315. THat is my goal right now, but with school the way it is, there is no way I will make any progess in the next 5 weeks. I will probably lose ground. All-nighters aren't good for strength training.

"Negative, I am a meat popsicle."

Back when I was training hard on my HS team I could pull 525 @ 183lbs.
It was a little above average for my weight class. Plus it makes me wonder if I started back into some serious training now at 26 what I'd be able to do."You've gotta get ugly when you lift"
Stats:

186 lbs

Bench 260
Squat- Dunno anymore
DL-Dunno anymore
