    Who Deadlifts 3X Their Bodyweight?

I'm wondering how many people are able to do this, I'm getting close. I weigh 180 and can dead 500.

I can deadlift 3x my body weight. 225 for 3 reps, right? LOL

Yes, I can pull 665...almost triple.

Edit...I haven't pulled this in a long tim eto be totally honest with you. I tore both R/C and had an impingment which caused me to really have to lay off the weights for a while. The 665 was a PR and I am currently working on getting back there.

I feel that in order to get a good Deadlift, it shouldn't be done every week. The last time I pulled was about 2 months ago and I pulled 505.

Well, I should be able to pull 3 times my bodyweight by the end of next year.

I can do one rep, with the pins in place about 4 nothces up. I guess that makes it a quarter deadlift.
You want a sick leg/lower back exercise? Just pick up after me when I'm done doing drop sets.

I know of a fellow that can partial DL with almost 1200lbs...does that count even though it's over 3 times his weight? LOL This same fellow over head pressed 450lbs, inclines about 500lbs and squats about 900lbs comp style. I have seen the pictures of him doing all of these lifts too.

My deadlifts have sucked lately so you won't hear of me pulling 3x my BW anytime soon. Maybe next year....but not next month...lol.

Very nice...man, I wish I had started deads waaaaaay before I started. I was young and stupid, thinking all that mattered was benching. Now, I am 25 and training PLing for a year now and I am paying for it. BBing for 2 years previous to my PLing and only did them occasionally.

280 is the most I have ever done. That's only 1.5 bodyweight. I have a long way to go. It's wierd people who just start deadlifting can do more than I can do after years of it. I still can't touch 315. THat is my goal right now, but with school the way it is, there is no way I will make any progess in the next 5 weeks. I will probably lose ground. All-nighters aren't good for strength training.
"Sir, are you classified as human?"
"Negative, I am a meat popsicle."

    Bodyweight: 185
    Deadlift: 280X3 for 4 sets
    Chinups: B.W. + 42.5 lbs X3 for 4 sets
    Standing Shoulder Press: 125X3
Incline DB Press 75'sX3 for 3 sets

Back when I was training hard on my HS team I could pull 525 @ 183lbs.

It was a little above average for my weight class. Plus it makes me wonder if I started back into some serious training now at 26 what I'd be able to do.

Same thing here. When on my HS PLing team I pulled 465 @135 during a comp. 25 now @ 185lbs and pulled the same weight for my max....uuggghhh. Leg strength was always my money maker.
