Thumbs down Inguinal hernia surgery recovery

Any help, ideas or information on your experiences with hernia rehabilitation are greatly appreciated. The biggest worry is to not reinjure and this makes it difficult to start on your work outs again.

Rest is the best thing to do..start out light, get walking around if you can.
And you'll m ost likely not re injure it on the same side because the plug is so strong. (If you take enough time off)
So dont worry so much about that.
